Nursing History Feature in the Toronto Star

On May 5, 2019, the Toronto Star published “‘They said I was too tall, too big …’ How three nurses broke through nursings starched white world” by Katie Daubs.  The article (available here) features work by Canadian historians of nursing Dr. Kathryn McPherson and Dr. Karen Flynn among others.  Check out this fantastic piece highlighting the work of Ah Fung (Agnes) Chan,  Mabel Jones, and Agnes Clinton.
