UBC SCHOOL OF NURSING JOB POSTING – ASSISTANT AND ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

The University of British Columbia’s School of Nursing (Vancouver, Canada) invites applications for three full-time tenure-track positions, two at the rank of Assistant Professor and one at the rank of Associate Professor.

The School of Nursing is an outstanding academic unit, has an international reputation for research and scholarship, and values justice, equity, engagement, and responsiveness with a vision characterized by social relevance and excellence. We offer a full range of innovative programs, including intensive upper-division BSN, MN-NP, MSN and PhD programs.

Successful applicants will have earned a doctorate in nursing or a related discipline and be eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia. Their prospective program of research will be innovative, relevant to health practice and/or policy for the future of Canadian health care, and will be sustainable. Successful candidates will demonstrate, or show potential for, excellence in teaching at various levels of the curriculum and supervision of undergraduate and graduate students. Applicants with relevant professional expertise and scholarship representing all areas of nursing are invited to apply.
